THE RUBY’S RANGE

Luxury can be playful.

We’ve always believed really good ice cream should be taken seriously.

Eating it? Slightly less so.

From the classics that will always have a place in our cabinets to bright blue Bubblegum, seasonal experiments, ridiculous milkshakes and hot chocolates requiring structural engineering, this is the world of Ruby’s.

And now, more of it than ever is made by us.

OUR ICE CREAM

Nearly all of the flavours currently being scooped in Newquay are now made on site at Ruby’s HQ, with our own-made range rolling out across Fowey, Marazion and Mevagissey as we complete the switch.

We’ve spent months testing, tasting and refining our recipes to create the rich, smooth, luxury ice cream Ruby’s is known for — only now, with our own little twist.

You’ll still find the flavours that deserve permanent freezer space:

Vanilla • Clotted Cream • Chocolate • Cookie Dough • Honeycomb • Mint Choc Chip • Salted Caramel • Pistachio • Rum & Raisin

Alongside Ruby’s favourites including:

Bubblegum • Lemon Cheesecake • White Chocolate & Raspberry • Ferrero Rocher

And our dairy-free creations and sorbets:

Dark Chocolate & Cherries • Mango Sorbet • Pineapple & Coconut

But making it ourselves means we don't have to stop there.

Milkshakes

Big, cold and not particularly interested in subtlety.

Our milkshakes are made using Ruby’s ice cream and finished with all the sauces, toppings, whipped cream and general excess you'd expect from us.

Our regular line-up includes:

Chocolate Brownie • Salted Caramel Crunch • Cornish Cream Tea • Mint Choc Chip

Plus a changing special when we fancy causing trouble.

Milkshakes are served seasonally from spring through to autumn before making way for their considerably warmer winter cousins.

Ice Cream Sandwiches

Because occasionally a cone simply isn't enough.

Choose between a locally made Cookie Dough or Brownie sandwich and fill it with your choice of ice cream from the cabinet.

Messy? Potentially.

Worth it? Obviously.

S’Mores Hot Chocolates

When Cornwall decides it's no longer ice-cream-on-the-harbour weather, we bring out the marshmallows.

Our indulgent S’mores Hot Chocolates return for the colder months, piled high and very much designed for coming in from the cold.

Take-Home Tubs

Can't decide on one flavour?

Good.

Our 500ml take-home tubs can be filled with up to four flavours from the cabinet, whether that's four different favourites or 500ml of the same one.

We're not here to judge.

Choose from whatever we're scooping that day and take a little Ruby’s home with you.

Iced Coffee Collection

For the days when you need caffeine but Cornwall has unexpectedly decided to behave like the Mediterranean.

Our iced coffee collection runs throughout the warmer months, from the classics to limited-edition creations including Tiramisu Iced Coffee and our Salted Caramel Frappé.

Cold. Caffeinated. Job done.
